We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Software Developer

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

2. Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting via email, chat, or phone.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our support tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
